OzU Rover Team is done recruiting new members for 2017-2018 season.
Any undergraduate or graduate student who is interested in software, mechanical, or electronical roles is welcome to apply. It doesn’t matter if you build robots just for fun in your free times or have no knowledge about robotics as long as you are passionate and open to learn.
p.s. Grad students need to get permission from their advisors before applying.
Not an engineering student but still want to take part in the project? It doesn’t matter. OzU Rover Team also needs team members who can help with lots of other things. Such as:

How can I get more information about OzU Rover Team?
The team will organize info meetings on Oct. 2nd, 3rd, and 5th. You will get an overview of what the project is about, what had been done, and what the plan is for this year. You can also ask any question to our current team members during those sessions. Also, you can find more information on this website and by following us on social media platforms.
What is a Mars Rover?
A Mars rover is an automated motor vehicle that propels itself across the surface of the planet Mars upon arrival. (source: Wikipedia) What we do in OzU Rover Team can be called a prototype of a Mars rover specifically designed to complete the tasks in European Rover Challenge (ERC) and University Rover Challange (URC). Can I join the team even if I don’t have experience?
Of course! Everyone who is enthusiastic and open to learn are welcome!
What is the recruitement process?
After collecting applications, the chosen candidates will be called to written examination via e-mail which will take place on Oct. 6th. Right after the written examination, you will be interviewed one by one. The results of the examination and the interview will later be announced via e-mail.
